This is a light fan and should not have water running through it! It is connected to the mains! Shocking footage.
A shower? With water ingress! This caused an electrical fault highlighting the issues and lucky for the client no fire! A shocking image. They'd smelled burning for a while! Don't delay - contact a fully qualified and certified electrician to carry out works for you and your family's safety.
