An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a report required by law that can be carried out by WDB Electrical Services.

We’ll assess the safety of the current electrical installation within your rental property to describe whether the electrical installation is in a safe condition or not.

Prices start from £100 per property. You may be entitled to a discount for multiple properties.
